The Movement Space is completely outfitted with resistance and strength training tools (sans the weights, of course) to maximize conditioning and strength training for men and women of all shapes and sizes.
 
Everything is done in barefeet to facilitate building your body’s strength, stability and balance from the ground up.
 
Specifically, the studio utilizes TRX Suspension Training, resistance bands, BOSU balance trainers, body bars and a lot of energy to move your body, lose the fat and build the lean muscle.  In a matter of a few short weeks, you can and will notice change and difference in your body, movements and structure.
