Studio Training

Training your body and mind privately or as a member of a small group, is simply a matter of finding a calendar slot in your weekly schedule that will allow you to work regularly and consistently.

 

Change happens with movement and movement heals the body. Nothing changes – or heals – unless you are consistent and regular with the new activity.

 

If you are a person that likes or needs a focused, guided program and regimen, contact me for private session training. Check the fees and rates to ensure this is the right step for you, your body and your budget.

 

You may consider small group training with a few new friends and/or as a compliment to your private session workouts.  Whatever our choice, you will be comfortable in the Movement Space.
