Small Group training may involve you and a friend, as a semi-private group session or you as a member of a small group class of no more that 3-5 other people.
The studio is built and designed to provide the maximum attention to each/participant so that each one can maximize his/her goals.
All training will develop and target the core abdominals while providing an integrated workout to the total body with the use of resistance bands, TRX Suspension, weighted balls, stability balls and your own body weight.
You will maximize your results through a training program that involves total body movement.
