The Closing Session


End of the summer and end of the season of outdoor training....at least for me!A little nippy at 7:00am, but the group worked their butts off and actually forgot the chill in the air.

Do It Big with Balls


We Do It Big with Stability Balls - that is! Stability balls challenge and therefore, help to develop core strength, balance and control. I like to use them for all my workout routines but find particular good use for the tool when doing lunges, hamstring curls, pushups, planks and abdominal pikes.

Heart, Courage & Crazy!


This has absolutely nothing to do with fitness. It has everything to do with making up your mind to do something, having the heart, creativity and courage to make it happen and as Seal says, being "just a little bit ....crazy."

In The Square Too!


We did it again! Another great Saturday morning in Braddock Park, this time we were Jammin' In The Square. In addition to the regular Upper and Lower Body work using the resistance bands and balls, a Pilates Mat inspired workout was used
