Pilates Mat

I have studied Pilates with Gina for over a year now.  Her dedication & teaching skills have kept me coming back for more.

I have rarely worked with an instructor that gives such individual attention to each student, helping us understand the importance of correct form and reaping the benefits of the Pilates discipline. I highly recommend Gina as a teacher to anyone interested in the benefits of Pilates.
