Still Rebounding on Kangoo Jumps

Today while running in the 60 degrees we are experiencing two days prior to Christmas, three (3) people actually jumped up and down in front of me (I wear earphones and generally ignore passersby) to get my attention and ask where and what I was wearing. So, I guess in addition to the Green Juice I have been drinking and blogging about and the revamped TRX workouts being featured on my revamped YouTube page, I’d better add back the links for my only running wear. Yes, Kangoo Jumps for cardio/aerobic fitness.

Most people just stare out of the corner of their eyes. I actually see them looking down at my feet and then sneaking a look to see if I saw them looking. Occassionally someone tries to stop and chat and get the scoop on where, what and how long did it take to learn how to use them.  But with my dancing music plugged into my ears,  I generally cannot hear anybody and really don’t want to stop to talk and listen.

I am completely in the zone with these shoes on!  All the time that it normally takes to warm the body up is eliminated completely when you put on the shoes.  They are well designed, crafted and give considerable rebound effect from all movements, jumping, running, squats and even lunges!

They are a Swiss made, low impact rebound sport shoe, providing many great health benefits,  for everyone, any age.   They are so much fun you really do l forget you’re exercising and I “am just dancing in the streets,” literally; hence the stares!

The website advertises that they are good for:

· Jogging & Running
· Home Fitness
· Weight Loss: Trimming & Toning
· Athletic Training – Strength & Conditioning
· Medical Applications
· Rehabilitation & Injury prevention

· Junior’s Phys. Ed. & Games
· Games, Dance or just for Pure Fun!

You can use them indoors, or outdoors on paved roads, dirt paths, grass, sidewalks, at the beach or even on snow.  I have tried them everywhere, so far except in the snow – at least at this writing.

“Daily training can get so boring. The Kangoo Jumps bring unbelievable fun to my workout sessions. They also save a lot of time due to the increase in aerobic and cardiovascular activity. I save wear & tear on my joints & back as well”

If you are interested, check out the official site at Kangoo Jumps.

I have now used these shoes exclusively all year, for indoor and outdoor cardio since 2009.  In fact, in August 2009, I realized my Brooks and Saucony sneakers were dusty and threw them out completely!  I feel much more lifted, lighter and energized with the use of these shoes! Cardio and fitness are not the same without them!

P.S. There is a discount for purchase thru my links to the shoes above!

The minimization of impact to the feet, ankles, shins, knees, hips, and spine make Kangoo Jumps the ideal conditioning and rehabilitation exercise for recovering from an extremity or spinal injury or enhancing the overall health of the body and musculoskeletal system.
